One of the best available techniques to advertise your online business is through article marketing. It works much better than placing classified or solo ads. When you place a solo ad, it will work for you only on the day that it is published. But your articles can benefit you for months or even years to come. And the best part, article marketing is free if you write them yourself.
Many people have trouble getting article directories to accept their work. There are many reasons for this. Most large directories receive hundreds or even thousands of submissions each week. They want quality articles, but unfortunately, they do not have the time to make corrections on the many articles that they receive.

Most ezine submission sites provide a clearly defined section to insert the author’s resource information. When I first began writing, it disturbed me when a site did not provide space for my resource information. At first, I submitted my articles to them without any resource information. As I looked at articles from other author’s within these sites, it was obvious that most other authors submitted articles without their resource information.
At first, I considered dropping them from the list of sites that I submitted to. After all, the resource box is my only opportunity to be compensated for the work I did in writing the article.
